I grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and the transitions between the four seasons there are not very visible; the landscape doesn’t change much.

When I moved to New York, I could experience the four seasons to the fullest. Walking in Central Park, I am amazed to watch the clear transitions between winter and spring. It’s whimsical how the trees, which look dry and dead, come to life with color and vibrancy.

This is my celebration of spring and life.
